3. SERVICE REQUESTS
Submitting a request through our website does not necessarily create a confirmed service appointment. We may contact you to confirm service details, pricing, pickup or delivery information, or other details before accepting a request.
4. PRICING
Prices displayed on our website, advertisements, or other materials may change. Certain items require inspection before a final price can be determined. Additional charges may apply for garment or item type, fabric or stains, special treatment, size or weight, special handling, alterations, rush service, pickup or delivery, or unusual cleaning or restoration requirements.
5. GARMENT AND ITEM CARE
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding garments and other items, including known stains, damage, defects, special finishes, embellishments, or care instructions. Del Rio Cleaner uses commercially reasonable care, but certain materials, dyes, finishes, embellishments, adhesives, coatings, or prior damage may create risks that cannot always be identified before processing. We are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, improper labeling or care instructions, pre-existing damage, weak or deteriorated fabrics, age-related deterioration, unstable dyes, improper construction, embellishments, items unsuitable for the requested cleaning method, or damage that could not reasonably be identified before processing.
6. ALTERATIONS
Alteration services are performed according to customer instructions. Customers are responsible for reviewing alteration instructions, measurements, and requested changes before work begins. Additional charges may apply when additional work is requested.
7. PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Pickup and delivery availability depends on service area, scheduling, weather, traffic, staffing, and other operational circumstances. We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times, but pickup and delivery times are estimates and may change. Customers are responsible for accurate contact and delivery information.
8. PAYMENT
Customers agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Del Rio Cleaner or its payment provider to process applicable charges for services requested.
9. ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Customers are responsible for retrieving completed orders within a reasonable period after notification. Where permitted by applicable law, Del Rio Cleaner may apply storage fees or take other appropriate action concerning items that remain unclaimed for an extended period. Any disposition of unclaimed property will be handled in accordance with applicable California law.
10. TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
If you opt in to receive marketing text messages from Del Rio Cleaner, you agree that we may send recurring promotional SMS messages to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies.
